In eDisplay you can create all the users you want and easily manage what they have access to.
Users can be granted access to manage one or more groups of monitors.
Different users can be given access to maintain different information.
In eDisplay you have the option of having public “displays”.
A public display allows you to share a link to a display so that the user can view it on their own computer or tablet.
There is no limit to how many people the public display can be shared with.
A public display can only show templates with one content area.
In eDisplay it is possible to join clusters. A cluster is a number of companies that have agreed to share some of their content with each other.
For example, it could be shops in a trade association that show offers from each other.
Or the head office that shares content between the individual departments.
Or the hotel chain that shares common information.
Or…..
eDisplay has been developed with safety and stability in mind.
eDisplay is an internet-based system that is run from several locations, which means that all locations must be “down” for eDisplay to be offline. There is a full overview of the status on all servers on the administration page.
Furthermore, content is stored on the players so that the display do not “go black” if the internet is interrupted.
On the administration page, also monitor whether a display is online or offline in real time.
